Refund and Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) of your decision. You can use our sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal was received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of the Goods

Please return the items in their original packaging if possible.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value if this loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
